I’m here to share one last card for the year with you, with a subtle Christmas card I made using the new Holiday Sentiments stamp, as well as Happy Holla Days and the Snowflakes from the 2019 Advent Calendar.
First of all I took a piece of white cardstock and lined up the ‘Merry Christmas’ in my stamp press. Stamp this with black pigment ink and heat emboss with clear embossing powder. Repeat with the ‘Always Jingle All the Way’ from the Happy Holla Days set.
After that, I randomly stamped some snowflakes from the Advent 2019 – But you can totally use any other snowflakes (there are some great ones on Happy Holla Days too!) – with clear embossing ink. Heat emboss with white embossing powder.
Ink blend some blue ink all over the background, ensuring it remains darker around the edges. Use a dry paper towel to remove any excess ink from the embossed areas.
To finish off the card, adhere the background piece onto a piece of black cardstock, and then onto the card base. Add some bling to the centres of each of the snowflakes for some added sparkle!
I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas – Thank you so much for allowing me to share my creations with you over the year! Make sure to follow me on Instagram at @one.crafty.ash for loads more inspiration, and use my code ASHLEIGH10 at the checkout to save 10% off your order!
