Hi everyone! It’s Jessica here sharing a fun “happy mail” card featuring Bork, Fur Babies and emboss resist. I started by creating the card front and die cut an A2 sized stitched rectangle with water color paper. To create a resist effect, I stamped the large paw from Fur Babies with Versamark Ink and heat set white embossing powder. Next, I blended Oxide Distress inks in Worn Lipstick and Wilted Violet using a mini ink blender and activated with water.
I stamped and colored the main images using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and Spectrum Noir Alcohol markers. I added a touch of color to the dog’s cheek using:
For the sentiments, I stamped the “Made by me” with black ink directly onto the front panel. For contrast, added “Fur Real” on black card stock heat setting white embossing powder. To finish off the card I added 3D foam squares for dimension, clear sequins and stamped hearts in the background.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
