Hi everyone! It’s Jessica here sharing a pretty birthday card featuring Chin Up Buttercup, Jenn from Inked and easy coloring using alcohol markers.
I started by creating the card front and die cut an A2 sized stitched rectangle using a light grey shimmer paper. For the main images, I stamped and colored using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and Spectrum Noir Alcohol markers. Once I was finished blending, I cut the images out using my Brother Scan and Cut.
I then arranged the flowers in an arch shape and adhered using Ranger Multi Medium Matte glue. For dimension I added 3D foam tape to Jenn. I mixed and matched the main sentiments adding “Oh Snap” to a speech bubble die, stamping “It’s your” with Versamark Ink and heat setting white embossing power. To compete the sentiment, I die cut “birthday” 3 times with black card stock and glued them together then placing towards the bottom of the card.
To finish off the card I added black sequins to the middle of the flowers, tiny heart sequin “earrings” and clear sequins.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
