Hello! It’s Jessica here sharing a caffeine infused encouragement card featuring Mug Life.
I started by creating the card front and die cut an A2 sized rectangle in Fog Card stock. Next, I picked out 3 small sentiments and stamped them in various ink colors to add interest to the background.
I stamped and colored in the main images using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers. For a liquid effect I added Glossy Accents to the pink mug. I wanted to add a realistic “whipped cream” look to the frozen coffee treat and used a Snow Marker for the base. After the surface cooled down I added Nuvo drops in Simply White for a frothy effect.
Next, I added a “Today’s good mood” sentiment strip using black card stock and heat setting white embossing powder. To finish off the card I added a “Congrats” from my stash, coordinating sequins and 3D foam tape for dimension.
