I started by stamping onto bristol smooth paper using versafine onyx black ink and clear heat embossing on top. Both images are from PSL. I stamped repeatedly stamped the sweater for a background, and then stamped a single mug for a focal point.
I smooshed a grey ink pad onto my glass mat, and added water to create a watercolor. I painted all around the sweaters to create a textured background.
Using Arteza Real Brush Pens I water colored the sweaters and mug. I scribbled color where I wanted shadow, then used a wet paintbrush to pull the color out.
I fussy cut the focal point mug, and adhered it on top of a vellum heart die cut using craft foam for dimension. I stamped and heat embossed a sentiment from Typewriter Holiday, and cut it into a banner.
To finish off the card I added white gel pen highlights and clear sequins.
