Hi Everyone! Happy Saturday! It’s Jessica here sharing a super pretty “Just Because” card featuring:
We can all use a little encouragement sometimes and I think this will make anyone smile!
I started by creating the card front and die cut an A2 sized stitched rectangle. I fell in LOVE with two different pattern paper designs and decided I would compromise and combine them. First, I die cut a 3.5′ circle twice with two pattern paper pages. Using a ruler I drew pencil lines where I would trim each strip. Once I was happy with the placement I adhered using a tape runner, this made it easy to remove and re position if necessary.
I stamped the main image with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored in using my Spectrum Noir Alcohol markers. I cut out the image and added 3D foam tape for dimension.
For the sentiment I used a die set called Stitched Stripes of Ease, finally I can get perfect straight lines every time! I stamped “You Are Crazy Beautiful” using Versamark ink and heat set white embossing powder. To finish off the card I added coordinating sequins and the floral pattern paper detail to the one side of the sentiment strip.
Thank you so much for stopping by!
