Happy Friday! I hope that your week was less crazy than mine, and y’all have a fun weekend planned ahead, which of course includes crafty time! For today’s post I wanted to share a way to quickly produce bulk cards, with customized sentiments. We celebrate a festival called Eid and unfortunately there aren’t many stamp out there for it, so when ever I find a letter stamp such as the Block Party Alpha Outline, my first thought it to make Eid cards!
And since I was trying to create a layout that be bulk produced, I used pattern paper for the backgrounds and you know that I had to do a rainbow and a gold one!
For the gold embossed ones, I stamped and embossed on black card stock, trimmed it and added some black and gold pattern paper for the background. To finish the cards off I added some Nuvo jewel drops, you can use sequins too.
For the rainbow pair, I embossed in black instead of gold and on white cardstock. After heat setting I did some quick coloring with zig real brush markers in rainbow order. I trimmed my sentiments down and backed it with some patterned paper and all done!
As usual I will leave you with the question, what’s your fav? Rainbow or black and gold? Don’t forget to use the code FARHANA10 for 10% off your next purchase and follow me on instagram @everydayengineered for more behind the scenes on crafting!
Happy (crafty) weekend y’all!
