Hi everyone! I’m back with a Minecraft themed layout using the Game On stamp set. We are huge Minecraft fans at my house. My son was an Enderman for Halloween one year and this seemed like the perfect way to document that fun memory.
To start, I used the Between The Lines stamp set to create some interest in the background. I used some black cardstock and cut out the blocks that I need to create my Enderman. I wanted him to take up the majority of the left side of my page.
Next, I started my stamping. I used different color scraps of paper and stamped a bunch of the little images from the Game On set. Then I sat and fussy cut out each of the little images (ugh….fussy cutting). I wanted as many of the little images as I could get for the shaker element on my page. For the blocks I used my Fuse Tool, the little images I just cut, and some sequins. The blocks are just simple squares. I knew the images would be perfect for a shaker filler! I wanted it to look like the Enderman is setting the picture block on the other blocks. This layout was so much fun to make!
To finish, I added some purple foam for the Enderman’s eyes. I used some alphas from my stash for the title. I used one of the sayings from the Game On stamp set to add a little something to the background. Then I added the purple sparkles that come off the Enderman in the actual game. I think this looks like it came straight out of the game!
