Hi everyone, Angela here with a brand new project. Spring is everywhere the preferred wedding time and so I prepared some a cards for the occasion using the Bella Flora Border Stamps. This stamp set is gorgeous and I ended up with three cards.
For a fresh look, the color combo I chose for my cards is pink, yellow and gold.
The first card has opens towards the top. I started with a white piece of cardstock that I colored with Distress Oxide Fossilized Amber, Worn Lipstick and Picked Raspberry. I stamped one of the Bella Flora Borders and the sentiment in diagonal, using gold glitter embossing powder.
Then, I carefully fussy cut the edge with my scissors. I cut the panel to size and adhere it to a regular A2 card. I love the result, it looks like a lace border. I added a few Flat Back Bubbles and voilà!
Inside the card, I stamped the sentiment Happily Ever After with black Versafine Ink.
The second card is again an A2 size but turned horizontal. I colored a withe piece of cardstock with Oxide Inks in Tattered Rose, Worn Lipstick and Antique Linen. Then, I stamped with Versamark ink and heat embossed with gold glitter powder.
I divided the panel in two, following the line of the stamp. I glued one part at the top of the card and the second part to the flap of the card. As a finishing touch, I glued a few Denise Pink Gems in two sizes,
The last card is the one I prefer. This is a bit more complex and have a band that keeps the card closed. To make it, I used the Bella Flora band where all the flowers keep inside the lines.
Here I went for pink only, using Oxide Tattered Rose and Worn Lipstick. Also I used gold embossing powder without glitter and a few Lynnea Gems for a sparkling touch.
It’s a gate fold card with a gorgeous Bella Flora bouquet on one side.
The inside of the card is embellished too. I used a leftover of the front panel to make a stipe for the sentiment Congratulations and I decorated with a piece of gold thread and a tiny Shelley bow always in gold.
Thanks for stopping by, I hope you enjoyed my cards and I hope you feel inspired to create with the Bella Flora Borders stamps because endless are their possibilities.
