Hello and happy Wednesday crafty friends. With Hallmark channel (and Lifetime channel) beginning 24/7 Christmas movies this upcoming Friday, I’m in the holiday mood. When I saw the release of the Fleece Navidad stamps, I knew I needed them and couldn’t wait to create. Today, I’m sharing a set of cards created using this new stamp set.
I started by stamping the Fleece Navidad stamp several times on Bristol Smooth Card stock using black archival ink.
Using a combination of Zig Clean Real Brush markers and Arteza Brush markers, I colored in the sheep in a variety of color combinations. My inspiration was the Lawn Fawn – Really Rainbow Christmas paper.
Next, I fussy cut out each of the sheep clusters. Some I cut in a rectangle. Then started assembling my cards. Each one a little different, using pattern paper, ribbon, bakers twine, and the Fleece Navidad stamp set for a sentiment.
These cards measure 3.5″ w x 5″ h. I just wanted to do something a little different for my card size.
This was a pretty quick and easy project. I colored the images while watching TV, and the assembly part came together pretty easily. A great way to mass produce some holiday cards! If you love this set (and more), shop Ink Road Stamps and use discount code LACEY10 for 10% off all your orders. There are some AWESOME products in the shop right now.
Thanks for joining me today. I’ll be back next week with another spooktacular card.
