I’m back on the blog with another festive card for you all, using the adorable Fleece Navidad set!
To make this card, I first pressed embossing ink through a stencil, and heat embossed it with white embossing powder.
Once the piece had cooled, I smooshed some coral coloured ink onto a piece of acetate and spritzed it with water. Randomly press this ink onto the background piece and dry with a heat tool. Repeat this process until you are happy with the effect. Wipe any excess ink from the embossed areas with a paper towel.
Stamp your image onto a piece of cardstock. Because I coloured mine with Copic markers, I made sure to stamp it onto a Copic friendly cardstock. Once you have coloured the image, fussy cut the pile of sheep out. Adhere to your background piece with foam dots.
To finish off the card, stamp the sentiment with black ink, onto a piece of white cardstock. Foam mount this below your coloured image. Adhere the background piece onto a piece of black cardstock, and then onto your card base. Finish the card by adhering some clear glass domes.
I hope you loved this card, and I look forward to seeing you all using Fleece Navidad! Use my code ASHLEIGH10 at the checkout to save 10% off your order too.
Until next time!
