Hi crafty friend! Today I have a card to support those who need the support. A little pick-me-up. I love this simple phrase that can be used for SO MANY reasons. Let’s get started.
I used two Ink Road Stamps sets for this card: “I Stand With You” and “Outdream Yourself”. I think these sets pair very well together.
To start, I stamped the floral image from Outdream Yourself on the top of the card. I had to repeat as the stamp is not wide enough to fill the full horizontal card front. I did position the “I Stand With You” sentiment so I knew where to place the flowers.
Next, I stamped the “I Stand with You” sentiment to the lower right corner.
I then took some watercolors and laid it at the top of the card and sprayed the concentrated amount with water so it would bleed down. I did this two times.
Then I went back and colored in the flowers with the coordinating paint color. This made the flowers POP more off the card.
I then decided to trim down my white card base and mount it to a black piece of cardstock. I popped up the white card front for some dimension.
I just adore how simple this card was to put together and how beautiful it turned out. Support each other. Listen to one another. And just love everyone. We never know what someone is going through.
