Hello, hello. Samantha Ziegenfuss here. Are you a member of the Roadies Facebook group? If you aren’t you should be. My card today was actually inspired by several cards created by a talented Roadie. I love the way she uses stamps to create awesome backgrounds and thought I’d try it myself.
To begin I stamped the hearts, envelope, and bow from the Lucy- Happy Mail set repeatedly to a piece of white cardstock. I cut another piece of white cardstock and did some ink blending on it. I cut a final piece of white cardstock and stamped one of the Lucy images to it.
After coloring the Lucy image I added a sentiment from the Neighbor set below her. I then adhered the panel to my ink blended cardstock, adhered my ink blended cardstock to my stamped background, and attached the entire thing to a black A2 sized card.
Lastly I added a few Flat Back Half Gems in Ant Max Red.
