First of all, I stamped the wreath stamp randomly over my white cardstock with embossing ink. I then sprinkled white embossing powder and heat set it. I also stamped one wreath at the bottom right corner, which I heat embossed with copper embossing powder.
To add some colour to the background, I scribbled a few colours of watercolour markers onto an acrylic block. I spritzed the ink with water and turned it over, pressing the ink onto the cardstock. Dry this well with a heat tool, and repeat if needed to add greater depth of colour. To add some more interesting splatters, I took a paintbrush and splattered some ink onto the panel. Dab a paper towel over the embossed areas to remove any excess ink.
Stamp the sequins with black ink and fussy cut out. Stamp the sentiment with black ink too. Press embossing ink on a piece of white cardstock and heat emboss with copper embossing powder. Use this as a mat behind the sentiment, to tie it all together.
To complete the card, adhere the background piece onto a piece of black cardstock, and then onto the card base. Add the sequin images, and then foam mount the sentiment pieces.
