Many Compliments Card

March 18, 2020

Happy Day, crafty friends!

I’m glad to be back with another card creation this month. And this card does not lack sentiments or Ink Road products (I used 4). It’s a sure boost me up! Let’s get started and see how I put this card together.

I began by ink blending a piece of white cardstock sized at 5″ x 7″ (which I will cut down to 4.75″ x 6.75″).

Then I flicked on some water and perfect pearls watered down, this adds a little shimmer.

I wanted to add a visual interest to the card, so I stamped out the Frond For You stamps in coordinating colors with the ink blended background. I embossed these images with clear embossing powder, as well as a sparkle clear embossing powder.

For the ink blended panel, I used the Lacey DIY Window Stitched dies. I will stamp my sentiment in these sections.

With black ink and the Compliments Vol 2 stamp set, I stamped 3 sentiments in the rectangles that were cut with the Lacey’s DIY Window die.

I popped the ink blended panel onto a white card base with foam adhesive. Next, I glued on the sentiments in the windows they came from.

Finally, I adhered the Frond For You images to the front of the card.

I didn’t want to leave the inside of the card empty, so I brought out another stamp set to add the sentiment and added another leaf to the inside.

Thank you for stopping by today! Don’t forget you can use my discount code LACEY10 for 10% off at checkout. I hope you have a lovely day and happy crafting.
