“My Own Sheldon” Scrapbook Layout by Angie

Hello Roadies!! Angie here with you today to share a scrapbook layout featuring the BAZINGA stamp set.

The Big Bang Theory has been one of our favorite TV shows for many years and my oldest son has always reminded me of Sheldon. So why not do a scrapbook layout documenting just that!!

I started my layout with a speech bubble template. I used six of the speech bubbles and decided to fill three with mixed media and three with patterned paper. I used a couple of different mixed media techniques including: the ‘packaging technique–basically putting watercolor on some clear packaging and smooshing it around; using watercolor and then adding some modeling paste on top and lastly using a stencil with ink.  I hand stitched around all of the speech bubbles.

Once that was done, I stamped out some of my favorite sentiments that reminded me of my son and used those in the speech bubbles along with various other stickers and colored in images from the Bazinga stamp set.

I used the Block Party Alphas and the  Block Party Outline to make part of my title and added some dashes from the #beautifulmess stamp set to the side. I also used the circle star stamp from that same set.

For the finishing touches, I added some torn paper strips to the top and bottom and a few more embellishments around the page, along with my journaling.
