Hello, hello! Samantha Ziegenfuss here with my first ever Ink Road Stamps design team project.
If you are an Ink Road Stamps fan you’ve probably heard of or seen the Extra Cheeky stamps. I am proud to have had a hand in the creation of several of the sets and as such I felt like it would be very appropriate for my first design to incorporate one of them; specifically Fck-a-doodle-do.
Let’s begin.
I created my card panel background by doing simple ink blending and using clear glittery texture paste over a stencil.
I stamped the word ‘you’ and three sentiments to multiple colors of cardstock and heat embossed them using white embossing powder.
I used a basic circle die to cut out the word ‘you’ and trimmed the sentiments into strips. I backed the ‘you’ die cut with a piece of craft foam for a bit of dimension and adhered everything to my card.
Finally I traced around the ‘you’ die cut with a black pen for a bit of definition.
