Whoever said orange is the new pink is seriously disturbed! Hello Roadies! Lorena here using the new Basics Pumpkin to create a not so basic pumpkin card! These new stamp and die combos are so fun and the possibilities on what you can create are endless. For today’s card I kept it simple and only used the stamp and the outline die. Let’s get started!

I prepped some pink cardstock using anti-static powder. Next I stamped the beautiful floral pumpkin using clear embossing ink. I sprinkled on some fine detail gold embossing powder and then tapped off the excess then heat set.

I waited for the embossing to cool, then I wiped away any excess powder using a dry cloth. I added a shadow effect to my pumpkin with some quick ink blending then used the coordinating outline die to cut out my pumpkin.

I stamped my sentiment from a retired Ink Road set called I Object!. I picked some pattered paper and cut it to 4″ x 5.25″ then matted that onto black cardstock cut to 4.25″ x 5.5″. I adhered my card panel onto a white A2 sized card base. I love the elegant look of the embossed pumpkin. Hope you all like today’s project! Thanks for stopping by! -Lorena
