I started with heavyweight cardstock cut to 4″ x 5 1/4″. I used Peeled Paint Distress Oxide to messily watercolor a background. I made the center darker and then faded it out towards the edge of the card. I added lots of splatter of the same green ink for texture.
For an added layer of texture (and a little bit of cute!) I repeatedly stamped the Oh, Baby! image from Spork. I stamped it closer together towards the middle where it is darker, and spaced the images out further from each other as I reached the outside.
On to the focal image and sentiment! I stamped the largest image from Baby On Board with Gina K Amalgam ink onto white cardstock, then colored using Prisamcolor colored pencils and blended with Gamsol. I white heat embossed Congrats! from Spork onto black cardstock, and fussy cut around the shape of the word. I completed the rest of the sentiment by stamping onto a white banner and layering them together.
To complete the card I matted the panel onto an A2 card base with a black boarder. I adhered the sentiment, with the banner glued flat and the Congrats! popped up on foam tape. I put Baby Yoda on top of the sentiment, also popped up on foam tape for dimension.
