Hello Roadies! Lorena here, back with another project to share with ya’ll! I made a vintage style card with pops of pink and gold using a couple of new stamp sets. This card came together fairly quickly and I was really pleased with the way it turned out. So let’s get started!
I started off by prepping a piece of Kraft cardstock using anti static powder. I positioned it into my stamp platform then stamped the beautiful floral image from Days_e Letter using clear embossing ink. I stamped it down twice to be sure everything was stamped. I covered the image using fine detail gold embossing powder. I tapped off the excess powder then heat set using my heat tool. Next I colored in my image using alcohol markers.
I cut down my panel on each side and added some shading using some amber and brown inks. I stamped a sentiment from the Outdream Yourself stamp set underneath the letter. Once the embossing cooled, I wiped off the remaining anti static powder with a dry cloth.
I cut down some pink glitter cardstock strips and glued them down on the edges of an ivory A2 sized card base. I adhered my card panel in the center. I decided not to add any gems (shocker!) and instead added some sparkle to the flowers using an aqua shimmer pen.
