Hello everyone.

Koren here with you today, and I have made a card using the Scranton, PA stamp set by The Ink Road. This stamp set is an instant classic, I have seen ALL episodes of The Office. That show was Epic. So, when Kindred Stamps and The Ink Road Stamps teamed up to make Scranton, PA. I just had to make this card.

This is it guys, what do you think? I know EPIC right, lol. I don’t know anyone that wouldn’t LOVE this card. I hope you guys enjoy it to, let me tell you about how I made it.

So, I started with a piece of thick white cardstock. I cut it into four sections, I always do that, I guess it makes it easier to work with. Anyway, I took one of the four and taped it down to my craft mat. I used a brick wall stencil to cover the white cardstock with transfer gel for my Minc machine.

After giving that panel time to dry. I ran it through my Minc machine with white foil. I know, seems kinda silly right. No way! I love the white tone on tone effect that the foiled brick gives on the matte white cardstock. I really like the effect and want to use it on more cards in the future.

I cut that piece down to 3-1/2 by 4-3/4 inches. I like to make this size card front. I attached a piece of black fun foam to the back of the panel with double sided adhesive. This allows the brick wall to have dimension off of the light gray card base.

I stamped the image on the same thick white cardstock as before with alcohol marker friendly black ink. I colored my images using a few Copic Markers. I used my scissors to hand cut or fussy cut the image. I popped him up onto the brick background with foam adhesive.

The sentiment “That’s what she said.” was stamped with sticky embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. I cut the sentiment out with my scissors into a strip. It too was popped up onto the brick background just under the colored image.

I hope you enjoyed my project today. I certainly adore the way that it turned out. I think it was super fun to create and I’m excited to use this set again on future projects.
