Angela back with a new card featuring the amazing DAYS-E Bouquet Stamp. I made it different from my usual style because I wanted to experiment a vintage look for my project. Here is how it turned out!
To create the card I used a piece of watercolor paper and I stamped the DAYS-E Bouquet with Versamark Ink and white embossing powder. Then, I started coloring using my Zig brush watercolor markers.
The sentiment comes from the same DAYS-E Bouquet Stamp. To make it pop I stamped it with black embossing powder.
To achieve the shabby look, I used Antique Linen Distress Ink all over the paper and the on the stamp too. This way the brightnes of the white paper faded out.
Then, when the paper was completely dry, I cut the edges of the card with a pair of fun scissors. Do you remember the old photos of your grand parents with the decorated edges? They where very popular here in Italy at the beginning of the twentieth century. Last, I colored the edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink and some splatters.
That’s all for today dear Roadies. I hope you liked my vintage card and I can’t wait to see how you’ll use the DAYS-E Bouquet Stamp in your project.
